Mas a cooperativa, em si considerada, n\u00e3o tem escopo atividade empresarial, constante dos estatutos sociais, que a cooperativa procura cooperativo n\u00e3o implica opera\u00e7\u00e3o de mercado, nem contrato de compra e venda de produto ou tribut\u00e1ria tamb\u00e9m abrange a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a cooperativa e o mercado, de modo que toda a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o das opera\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00f3prias deveria recair diretamente nos associados, e n\u00e3o na cooperativa.
